CLEAN AND CONTEMPORARY NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION

Bar – This bar, wine cellar, and snack pantry is open to the family’s media and game room and is the perfect hangout spot for drinks with friends, appetizers during the big game, or for junk food and soda during the kids’ sleepover. With seating for six and sleek stainless steel accents, this basement is sure to standout among the crowd.

Kitchen – This large open kitchen has miles of storage with everything still at the homeowner’s fingertips. We opted to keep things minimal and simple with a slab style wood cabinet paired with high-gloss acrylic white uppers and an aqua colored sheet glass backsplash that’s perfect for messy cleanups. A 3” thick white quartz island countertop anchors the kitchen as the hub of the home with seating for four. Premium appliances, including a custom exhaust vent cover, are complimented with subtle stainless steel accents like toe-kick covers and floating shelving. A simple lighting fixture and counter stools help accentuate this clean minimalistic style.

Master Bathroom – This peaceful and simple master bath room is exactly what you’d expect out of a five-star resort. Clean lines, minimalistic, and highly functional, the large glass walk-in shower and soaking tub sit across from the 13’ floating walnut vanity topped in white quartz. Simple lit mirrors delineate “his” and “her” sides of the bathroom although there is plenty of room to share in this restful retreat.

Powder Room – This powder room and guest bath is a heavy-use area in the home and needed to be highly functional. A white high-gloss floating vanity allows coveted floor space while the large wall-to-wall mirror helps the room feel larger. Textured wall tiles add visual interest without breaking the budget on a small secondary space.

Laundry/Mud Room – This laundry/mud room is directly off the garage and is the perfect spot for kids to take their shoes off, hang their bags up, and ditch those dirty gym clothes. With low deep drawers below the bench, this is the perfect hiding spot for shoes, cleaning supplies, beach towels, you name it! A simple neutral floor tile ensures the space will stay tidy and easy to clean for years to come.
